Byrd was not justified in killing Babbitt, Roberts said, because he had no reason to believe the unarmed Babbitt posed a threat to himself or others

Complete absurdity. A rioting mob of dozens right behind her makes up for Babbitt personally being unarmed. And they used potentially lethal weapons to break the window in the door a minute earlier.
