The Babbitt family attorney is not a credible source, just like Michael Brown or Eric Garner’s family’s attorney were not credible sources after they died. Also, using strikethrough doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. A jury found the Minneapolis police officer guilty. In other states the top charge would not have been possible because of how Minnesota treats felony murder in this sort of situation. |
