She's not dead.He's accusing her of deliberate murder rather than whatever kind of lesser murder charge she was convicted of. She wouldn't have gotten a 10-year sentence for premeditated murder. Libel. She may be a public figure but if he's making it up totally out of thin air it doesn't qualify for the exemption. |
