Re: What is proof of vaccination?

Posted by JayZeeBMT on Fri Aug 13 10:33:20 2021, in response to What is proof of vaccination?, posted by Orange Blossom Special on Fri Aug 13 10:20:17 2021.

A genuine vaccination card has the CDC and HHS logos on it, the person's name and date of birth, and information showing the vaccine type, location administered, and lot number. Authenticity can be verified by cross-referencing this information with the database maintained by the government for this purpose.

People creating forgeries do not have access to this data, so things like lot numbers shown on fake vaccination cards won't match items like date and place given.
