Therefore, not one person is the sole reason for the accident.The person should've paid attention to the light and the driver should've paid more attention to the pedestrian. That's what Chris is trying to point out, he is not taking a side, He is pointing out how both were at fault and sadly the pedestrian was struck and killed. Had the pedestrian been paying attention he would've stopped at the curb and not proceeded any further. |
