It depends on who the "investigator" was too. One agency isn't as through as another. Some are good, some suck.And even for at-fault laws in regular driving covers a broad blanket at times. Passing on an onramp is legal in most states, and dangerious. Some state police agencies can determine speed of car by forensic factors. Pedestrian coming out between cars usually "at fault". I don't know how far into investigations they go, or what they'd hope to gain if they did. I'm afriad the outcome is what it is. I'm sorry. |
