Because we got rid of that outside of lent LONG before I was even born, no one I know save a few old people even keep to it DURING Lent, and you could still eat fish. And another thing... These "Wars" people like you constantly prattle on about, they are all in your heads half the time. Like the whole Mr. Potato Head debacle, most of that is people tricking you into being angry over a non-issue. A lot of this no meat thing is because ranchers in poorer parts of the world are destroying the rain forests to create more land to graze cattle. Rain forests that I should point out... are not on lands the ranchers own. |
