Home Depot has 235,000 full time employees. So it's about $1,000 bucks per person.Of 3.5 weeks worth of work at $7/hr. Depending on salary. But let's say 7/hr, which is retailish. $14560/year. Add $1,000 dollars. and divide 15,560/year. Now you make $7.48/hr. Much higher than the standard .25 cent raise one would get. Especially if your paycheck to paycheck anyway, the $1k would go a long way. |
