Over the years when stick shift cars were carjacked, the scumbag would get one block away,I owned a Peugeot 403 for many years. That car had 4 speeds on the column with no shift diagram. All the controls were labeled in French. I could leave that car running and be sure it would be waiting for me, when I returned. It was always amusing to see how it would come back from valet parking. It had a manual soufficateur, marked "S", that fooled most valets. |
