And why would poll workers be more deferential to potential Biden ballots? Election boards are always bipartisan. In the swing states there was just as much potential for slackness in Republican areas as in Democratic ones.

Had such a phenomenon existed, surely Rudy would have been able to enter into evidence affadavits from people who swore to it.
