Taking from people that paid taxes and giving to those that didn't.It's been going on since the 16th Amendment was passed. The only question is to what degree do you do it? To little, and you have Somalia. Too much and you have 1970s North Vietnam. Somewhere in between is obviously best for the economy and overall welfare of the people. |
