Which has nothing to do with their ability to crack crude oil, or deliver same to end users. Crude continues to arrive via rail to refineries as it has for the longest time.

What we've lost are the smaller regional refineries which used to serve geographic areas, so losing one region's facilities only meant a smaller disruption as those around make up the difference. Now everyone suffers if something happens to texass.
