Well, they asked me for documentation (I had it) last month when I got my first shot. My doctor sent a letter I printed out and brought with me. Could have just shown them the list on my iPad too.

Percentage of BMIs over 30 vary regionally, over all I think the average is 30%-ish. Don't doubttraitor dude falls into that, what with his obsession about donuts and sedentary living.
