If this attempted coup had been the work of BLM, every single individual the FBI could find who was inside the Capitol would have been charged with murdering a federal police officer under the legal principle that they all took part in the same criminal activity, which resulted in the cop's death. Nobody would be minimizing Sicknick's murder. |
