That's because BdB is too far left. While it is true Cuomo is kindof a right winger on economic policy, that's essentially what Dems are.

Cuomo throws the left bones on abortion, coronavirus response, weed, gay marriage (back in the day) which distracts them from this.

He's a master at using IDpol and wedge issues to dupe the lefties that is perfectly in line with the Dems in general.
