I often went shopping with my son. I was "single" in the parking lot (meaning we weren't shopping as a family), but not a SINGLE parent. I knew exactly what he meant, and it has nothing to do with welfare, or even non-welfare single parent homes.It's simply, you don't always have an another adult with you when shopping |
