Yes, the mayor did end the city's contract over Trump's incitement of the Capitol raid, but it was the Trump Organization that actually closed the rinks one week ahead of the actual expiration date on the contract.Why should the City continue to do business with someone who instigated a violent attempt to overthrow the government? Condoning Trump's behavior by allowing him to continue receiving taxpayer money would send the wrong message entirely. |
