Just because you started a case does not entitle you to discovery. See Ashcroft v. Iqbal; Bell Atlantic v. Twombly. If Rudy Giuliani couldn’t present enough evidence to survive the expected Motion to Dismiss in front of Judges that President Trump appointed to the bench, that is on Giuliani. A halfway competent law student could have presented a better case than Giuliani, L. Lin Wood, John Eastman. |
