National Guard Will Remain in DC

Up to 7,000 National Guardsmen will remain in D.C. until March and then will be drawn down to 5,000 according to sources. They will be there to assist local law enforcement in the event of a right wing uprising. Still unclear:

Will they become a permanent force in D.C.?
Will they also respond to riots by Antifa and BLM?
Will Dr. Jill Biden be baking them more cookies?
