All they need to do is stipulate same with a majority vote (easy post-Inauguration, with a Democratic Senate majority). Given that this is truly a bipartisan (as it cuts trump out of the republican party, as sought by many within) goal, it will happen. Nobody’s said this is DOA at the Senate, just that it may wait until after the 20th.That's the point of this. Ensure this cannot happen again is the first step to healing from this national nightmare. |
