It has been classified by the EOC as a direct threat, that makes it easier to mandate. There will be some exceptions that will require attempts to provide accommodations if reasonable and possible. There are some medical reasons, and some may cite religious objections, some churches such as the Catholic Church have already declared it to be ok, so a request for a religious exemption would not be able to cite Catholic teaching as a valid reason. Obviously, there are likely others. |
