Should soneone in a car accident who dies and tested positive for Covid be considered a Covid death which is what happened? " I would borrow from Tort Law, or even Torah Law on this. Did the covid cut their life short in a way they would have been alive today had they not been infected by someone? Were they not a whole person at the time of death? |
