If you are legally permitted to use it, you don't play tv or movie character. Lots of people don't get that. On the other hand, Goetz did not do as well in civil proceedings, where the standard of proof is lower. He tried to discharge the judgements in bankruptcy, and failed, but since his life was pretty much ruined, it is doubtful he paid much if anything at all. |
