I'm the wrong person to ask about whether it's normal to get bail when charged with murder or even double murder. It's not something that I have knowledge of at all. This could be very unusual. I have no idea. I was only commenting on how reasonable it would be to consider that he resides in a another state 30 minutes away.I think the fact that he already turned himself in once may indicate that he's less of a flight risk, which is one of the primary considerations. So we'd have to look at people accused of double murder that turned themselves in immediately. As opposed to someone like OJ for example. It would also have to be someone claiming self-defense where that is a reasonable possibility. I know that you see him in videos "hunting humans", but I don't think that's what objective people see. |
