He was neither fired from the state (where he was also salaried and did not get overtime...but he was smart enough to handle his workload and thus never needed to so any) nor a moron. You don’t get to have a business for ten years straight in tech if you are. You never did anything like that, you were civil service when you worked, regardless of status. Even middle management falls under civil service. |
