Gee whizzzz......I did not know yow were BLACK!!!! I drove through Newark at the peak of the riots when National Guardsman manned Sherman tanks on the highway along barriers of 55 gallon steel drums. My Church, Saint Thomas Chapel (NYC) was on then forefront of 'inclusiveness.' My elementary school, PS # 59 on East 57th Street (NYC) was the first to be integrated by long distance bussing.Do one months service as a Grand Juror in Manhattan and you will learn issues of the Black Community like you never saw in WATTS..I was there at the towers in better times! I drove through Washington DC with my mom during peak of riots and we were NOT stopped. The threat to the Black Community is Islam which invocates acts of destruction and violence against the United States of America. There was a time when all faiths recognised eachother. The 'end' started with the prosecution of B'hai by Iran, taking over US Embassy in Tehran and the failed bombing of World Trade Center by Jersey City terrorists led by a 'blind cleric' obidient to his masters. The 'blind cleric' sits dying in a Federal prison with a 'will' that advocates Jihad if he dies in well deserved confinement. RAISE your M1 Garand rifle along the flag and sing: 'This is my country, land of the free.' Sing it SallamAllah, loud and clear, 'This is my country, land of the free.' Tool up the APC, load up the 0.50s and do a 0200 sweep in Newark cleaning out the streets. The Black community has no part in what takes place and would be happy to regain their hard earned freedom. I know...Saint Lukes is in the Diocese of Newark and it is unsafe for us to participate in Cathedral activities. |
