'Pac was killed in front of Circus Circus on Las Vegas Blvd., in front of hundreds of witnesses. To this day, the case is still open.

He might not have been a "true gangster", but his killers invoked fear just as well as any old-time Mafia hit squad. Not a single one of those many witnesses saw a thing.
