The absolute right to challenge one's accuser means there's no such thing as "irrefutable" evidence in a legal context.

The only reason this evidence might be considered "irrefutable" is because its author appears to be a fake and cannot be cross examined. Of course, the lack of an author also makes it difficult to authenticate.
