They have gone from 8 cases per 100K to 102 cases per 100K, since July 10th. One reason for this increase is that it does not have enough contact tracers to identify and isolate new cases before they spread among the community. They have only 13% of the necessary required contact tracers.They could have used the Covid money that Congress appropriated to hire these contact tracers.
