I thought so too. Biden didn't do awful, but Trump did finally get him to address the laptop controversy, his money from foreign country dealings, which he wasn't able to deny, and especially made him address his lies involving fracking and fossil fuels, a big topic in pennsylvania and ohio.
I don't know if it was able to correct the disasterous first debate (on both sides), but Trump did look good. Biden didn't do awful, but did get fluttered a few times. And the fossil fuel Biden lies will easily be shown in past statements by biden
