A) In 2016 an incumbant wasn't running.B) Where's the rule that all executive powers cease to exist for a total of 4 months? There's a great commentator that wants to know why in the American system, there is such a long transition after an election, but in other nations it is much quicker? If there is such a gap, then, yes, Trump is in power and it is his job. C) Murkowski is a friggin moron. |
