We're "required" to wear them outdoors, but I think that we police ourselves. I've never heard of anyone being stopped or ticketed when outside.

I had heard that our beach cities like manhattan beach and Hermosa beach threatened to issue big fines for people not wearing masks but I saw a recent video and only 5-10% of people outside appeared to be wearing masks and that was in a crowded area.
