I learned yesterday that in DC, 23% of kids at in 8th grade (can 16 and 17 year old still go to 8th grade?) cannot read.

It costs $30,000 a year to teach 77% of kids not to read. And we wonder why they're yelling about killing joos from the car windows during the peaceful protests.

Defund the Teachers.
