He is, but both of those are under the NBCUniversal aegis ultimately.

Interestingly enough, CNBC originally stood for the "Consumer News and Business Channel", not anything to do with the National Broadcasting Corporation although it was originally a joint venture of NBC and Cablevision when they were still separate entities.
