Names seem to go through trends and cycles.Christian Evangelicals try to avoid "Catholic" names or Saint names. that is why Joshua and Rebecca exploded with popularity in the South in recent years. But people are having fewer kids than ever. There are fewer babies that need a name. Its not like the Italian community where there are too many Anthony's and Maria's. |
