The NRA has for the past forty years, advocated the defense of one's home using guns against home invaders. Why is that premise now suddenly invalid in this case? Breonna's boyfriend couldn't possibly have known the police were the ones breaking into the house.2. How could the police be justified if they weren't supposed to be there in the first place? 3. It is the legal responsibility of the police not to commit perjury when submitting a warrant application for approval. It is the job of police supervisors to make sure that warrants are not based on fabrications. Clearly, no bosses even bothered to check the work of their subordinates. |
