When I was in the 111 which is in Northeast Queens bordering Great Neck in Nassau we had a female commanding officer who lived near the Outerbridge Crossing. We all heard that it was a punishment. Could you imagine the commute? Probably like 3 hours in rush hour. An hour just to get to the Verrazano!! |
