Did you watch the entire video? Biden could have chosen his words more carefully, but he is essentially correct in saying that Latinos have widely divergent origins and political party positions, in contrast to Black American voters, who (generally) tend to be more consistently liberal and Democratic.

Poorly worded generalizations do get Biden in trouble, but his gaffes are minor compared to the monstrous utterances of the current incumbent.
