Perhaps, but this semantic argument is ridiculous and is an attempt at smearing JZ. Maybe he could have used a better word, but who cares? Was the US not justifiably angry at Japan?

Olog-hai is someone who believes that everything is a Revelation-style fight between “good” and “evil” and so everyone has to make sure that everyone always uses the words that show that the USA is good.
