Assault Rifles (full-automatic) are already heavily restricted. They must have been mfg'd before 1986.As for the other restrictions on the 2nd amendment re: "what is constitutional", it should be exactly as easy/difficult to get a gun as it is to vote. Both are constitutionally protected rights. |
