Posted by Train Dude on Fri Jul 31 22:35:31 2020 Boston Marathon Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, has had his death sentence overturned after 5 years. Circuit Court Judge Ojetta Rogeriee Thompson (Grand daughter of a white slave owner and his slave mate) found reversible error and grounds for a new sentencing trial on 3 of 30 charges. So much for swift justice.Coincidentally, there will not be a hurricane named Ojetta this year |
