Not at all.

Get it now? That's not at all what I was saying. Of course I don't care about a stranger the same as my family? Why would I?

My point was that this man was attacked and needs help. He deserves special attention. When the same is pointed out about black people (lives), you respond that "all lives matter", ignoring the special situation that black people as a group are in. I was trying to show you how insensitive that is, but because of poor reading comprehension you completely missed the point.
