I know several folks that look "kind of fat" but are otherwise are in perfect health. My self for instance, I'm 5'8" and 195 lbs. I recently had a complete physical, with all that goes along with it, and found to be in "perfect health" just admonished to lose about 15 or so Lbs. Hence I'm "kind of fat" while looking great!! |
