No, not "exactly." You obviously didn't read the article:"The bill 'will provide reparations for survivors of law enforcement violence, and the families of people killed by the police and the carceral system,' she said." I don't agree with this, but at least it provides reparations for (perceived) actual harms, and not based on race. |
