I didn't hear that the Central Park police ever took "Karen"'s call seriously.One note, which doesn't excuse her in the slightest, is that he was very protective of the birds. He used a doggy treat as a strong motivating factor to get her to leash her dog, as required. She might not have gone off the deep end if he had just lectured her. |
