Re: Redskins cannot move to new stadium unless team name changes

Danny-boy just doesn’t care what anyone else thinks, and so long as Goodell (or more importantly, Jerry “Emperor Palpatine” Jones) won’t come down on him... we’re very much in “good luck with that” territory.

I see the following outcomes as being far more likely than Mr. Stubborn caving any time soon.

#1 Snyder threatens to move the team, the city caves, name doesn’t change till he’s out of the picture.

#2 Snyder threatens to move the team and does so.

#3 Snyder threatens to move the team, city calls his bluff and the the team is stuck with the name and in FedEx Field Until Snyder is out of the picture.

#4 the league pulls a “Jeff Loria”, convincing Snyder to ether bow out willingly with a package to sell the team or trade the team with someone else... probably one of the other POS owners like Spanos or Davis.

#5 and this is strangely a very drastic option, but still more likely that Snyder giving in... the NFL kicks them out of the league.
