Not ad hominem given the source and even the reputation her own lawyer projects, calling her statements "rhetorical hyperbole".
"The Court finds a reasonable viewer would not take the statement (claiming OAN is 'paid Russian propaganda') as factual given this context."
Judge Cynthia Bashant dismissed OAN's lawsuit against Maddow with those words, essentially calling Maddow a liar, albeit defending her perniciousness.
