Did you read the link I provided or not? You can't make the rules as they existed nearly 20 years ago to suit your purposes. The policies were what they were and even if misguided, MTP executed them in a legal manner upheld by multiple courts. Never was the race of the defendants or litigants mentioned by anyone other than yourself. |
