If that "wasn't the definition", then why was it so easy for me to find that term and associated usage online, in an account dating back 25 years?

Your playbook seems to be, "if you can't rebut the argument, try to discredit the other person but casting doubt on his past" I was an EMT for many years, on the streets with NYC*EMS and it's successor. I believe I've made that clear enough over the years.

Were you actually a police officer in not c or any other jurisdiction?
