The law doesn't allow you to shove someone who is standing in your way. You are held responsible for any injuries they might suffer.Well reviewing the circumstances, the man is clearly stepping up on the cops to block and confront them as they advance. But the cops were charged with felony assault only because the old man was lucky enough to split his head open. Under any other circumstances he's engaging in disorderly conduct, assaulting a police officer, and several other charges. |
